Proper eating, drinking, and rest are important. So is keeping the face clean - wash it daily. I personally use baby wipes. Only do this if you have oily skin because it is very drying. BUT all of this is preventative and you asked for a way to get rid of something already there. You can buy a thing called Tea Tree Oil at Walmart. It has a strong odor but will clear it up very quick. It feels oily but does not increase the oiliness of the skin.

Try Proactiv Solution. It works great and has natural ingedients in it. If you want something more natural. Try Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter Soap Bar. Or even Lemon Juice may cleanse your face.
go buy one bar of soap and only use it for your face wash your face day and nite until cleard

Microdermabrasion is a gentle scrub that you can receive at certain salons. It takes off the dead skin cells and reveals newer skin. After three or six of these treatments, you can see the difference. I've tried it with chemical peels and had great results. You can try at home exfoliation creams but you have to be consistent with them. Microdermabrasions are about $100 each, I think.

Make sure you're taking 8 cups of water a day. Water is good for the face:)
Make sure you have a clean face, hair, and pillow before bedtime. Hair products can clog pores while you sleep.
Some chemicals are good for proper face cleansing. Soaps contain fat and simply clog up the system. Try a trial AHA Glycolic acid peel. http://www.doctorsecret.com

The best way to get bumps off your face without using chemicals is to just use clean soap and warm water. It may take a while but if your like me, its worth it to not break out! I hope I helped =)
