You aren't bending your legs enough while standing and it's restricting the bloodflow to your lower extremities. Military personell who have to stand at attention for long periods of time are advised to bend their legs slightly ever so often to keep from fainting for this reason.

Do what luvsbigchix said. And shifting your entire weight from one leg to another from time to time also helps with blood flow.
