How do I decrease my heart rate ?!


Question: My average heart rate is extremely fast (about 90bpm) and it can go up to 200bpm in a very short period of time, so i get tired really quickly.. Which training and exercises can i do in order to lower my average heart rate and decrease the speed of its augmentation..
