to get rid of itches.. i scratch them.. wonderful temporary relief.
I myself have allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever. I a currently taking Allegra. It worked better that Claritin, and Benadryl for me. I am also taking a nasal spray called NasacortAQ. Those two things combined really handle my allergies. What you might consider doing is checking with your allergy doctor and they might be able to give you a cortisone shot. That is pretty much guaranteed to end with your problems for a while. But watch out, sometimes the cortizone is found to gain weight in several persons. So consult the doctor. Take care and hope you get better.

I have been diagnosed to have allergic rhinitis(hay fever). I am taking medication. Mentioned above.
Allegra works for me
actually you must "wash out" the allergens, if you dont want to use medicine.
Boil 1 1/2 cup of water to destilate it, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 sugar. Let it cool down and gaugle with it. repreat frequently, or everytime itchy feeling comes.
