i get reall dizzy and anxious a lot after I eat What causes this?!

that sounds like a problem with your blood sugar. i would definitely have a doctor check that out. i actually have those exact problems but mine are panic attacks. usually you don't get panic attacks after eating though. the sugars in the foods can cause a reaction which can eventually lead to passing out and other problems.
could also be an MSG allergic reaction -- def. have the DR see you.
indigestion. the food has not yet settled in your stomach. allow at least 20 mins after eating for exercise

Your heart rate increases after meals, it increases your metabolism. This happens to me frequently and was worse during pregnancy. Pay close attention to what and how much you eat. Foods with caffeine, aspartame(Equal), can really trigger an increase in your heart rate.

Learn to take your pulse/as long as your pulse does not go over 100 beats per minute and stay there for a long period of time you'll be OK. Learn some deep breathing techniques to help slow your breathing and heart rate.(high heart rate is call Tachycardia)

You can rule out Diabetes just to be sure with a blood test(FSBS) at the doctors office.
If you suffer from constipation or diarrhea as well as the symptoms you have described, it may be IBS. The symptoms you have is common amongst IBS sufferers.
