My freind is very deppressed just now i want to help her and i know she wants to!
Question: im not trying to push her in to anything i dont know she might not want to talk to me about it cause im a man but we are still good freinds can any 1 leave me any suggjestions or any thing im all out of ideas

maybe you should sit her down one day somewhere private and tell her that you noticed that it seems like something is really bothering her, and as a friend you would like to listen. tell her that if she wants to talk you'll be more than happy to do what you can to help, but if she doesn't want to talk to perhaps suggest that she go to someone she would talk to.
Depression can be very serious and should be treated under the supervision of a mental health provider. As a friend you can make that suggestion and offer an ear for her to vent to. You should try to ascertain if she is contemplating suicide or another form of self destruction in which case you may need to get her help weather she likes it or not
