If I remember correctly from my college days, you have a higher chance of developing a toxicity to the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K), since they are stored in the fat and are not water soluable. If you lose much of your body fat, you will lose many of the vitamins stored there. However, with a balanced diet and a daily vitamin supplement (if needed), you won't become vitamin deficient.

Those that were stored in the lost fat are excreted. Along with the useful compounds lost are all of the stored toxins as well.
