Can your body contain chlorine causing your skin to fade fabrics?!

Question: Whenever I shower, I notice that my wash cloth & bath towel are beginning to fade. It only happens to me, no one else in my family has had it happen to them so I don't think it's in the water. I drink lots of water & I'm wondering if it contains chlorine. Please help!
