how to make my hair more longer?!
Question: somebody tell me how to make my hair more longer..im using a treatment shampoo and conditioner, moisturizer hair but still did'nt have any improvement and my hair still short.

I think the traditional way would be to tie your hair 24hrs. Averagely it will grow an inch in 2 months or more. Any faster, you'd have to go to a saloon for hair extensions. Very expensive ordeal.
eat healthy food that contains a lot of proteins and such. chicken cartelidge is quite good for this.
i must also recommend garnier fructis long and strong shampoo, conditioner, and post-shower hair treatment. it's a tad expensive, but WOW does it ever work! :)

go to your vitam section at a store and get hair skin,and nailvitams.they really make your hair grow and garnia friutces long and strong.thats what i use and i have very long hair and my hair is allways nice and i dont get that many split eand(remeber nature_made is better then man_made cause they anly put nothing but chemicals in thiers
