It depends on how much you drink compared to how much you urinate. Also, your perception of not urinating enough may not agree with your healthcare provider's perception. The only way to tell for sure is to do urine studies, which include how much urine you put out in 24 hours. If you've had this "problem" for a long time, it's probably nothing serious. Drink plenty of water and see your healthcare provider regularly.

You'll get a kidney or bladder infection which is extremely painful and usually leads to worse problems. My advice.drink at least 64 oz of water per day. You'll pee more than you ever thought possible. That doesn't work talk to a docter
If u have to pee and u hold it in then u will get an infection if u don't have to pee alot then don't worry about it.
