Does anyone know of a safe way to remove a sebaceous cyst?!

Question: I have 3 sebaceous cysts on my head. Although they are covered by my hair, I want to get rid of them. I had one removed by the doctor. It was very costly, and the cyst came back. I wonder if there is a way to draw them out or bring them to the surface? What causes these? I have good hygeine, and am healthy.
Answers:
Even thought it's costly, you need to go to a dermatologist. If anyone will know how to get rid of them for good he (or she) will. If you try to do it yourself you run the risk of infection. Good luck!

unfortunately surgery is the safest and close to permanent option. don't try other remedies, u don't want an infection on the head. be safe.
WHAT IS THAT??
I once had one on my wrist, when I was getting into my car one day I hit it on my steering wheel. It drained and was VERY painful. I would say if your Dr. isn't worried about it leave it alone.
Dalacin lotion and fucidin cream. My dermatologist prescribed that for me.
