I personally am a total package guy. If a lady has a perfect body and a unpleasant smile I'm not attracted. If the lady has perfect body perfect smile but a nasty disposition I'm not interested. Some ladies with average looks but with warm personality can be the most attractive woman on the face of the earth. I think a lady needs to be clean and dress well but the hottest thing is the attitude and personality.

I think the natural instinct of a man is to somehow engage with the woman. This is done automatically by making eye contact. If she looks back then the two have actually communicated without words! The man will look for an expression on the face first instinctively to see if she is "telling" him anything with her expression. This might only last a second before his attention goes to the physique.. but I would have to say her smile would almost always be noticed first.
