Am I Fat?..........?!


Question: I am 13, I am a girl I weigh over 130 Lbs.Im 5'2" I work out, I have a lot of muscle in my legs, and i have abs the only thing is I have D sized breasts. Is that like bad for my age. No matter what I do they dont get smaller! They keep on getting bigger!

First, be happy with yourself no matter what size you are. Eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise. Don't let it consume you. Everyone's body is different.
Generally some one who is 5'2" should be about 100-110 .lbs but that doesnt count the fact that alot of younger girls play sports, and are active and muscular. Also, your breast size can contribute to that as well. The best way to find out if you are a good weight is to get your body fat percentage tested. Often at health clubs they offer free clinics to get your BFP tested. Sometimes school nurses can do that test as well or your family doctor. The most important thing to remember is that if you are exercising regularly and eating right, and you are happy with your self then that is what is most important. It's hard to say whether you would be considered "fat" (aka. obese). There are charts available which give you an idea of what a person should way for your age, height, and body type.

Kids your age are going through puberty, so there are lots of changes going on in your body (including your breasts growing). The boys at your school have their own problems too! I would talk to your Mom and your doctor and see what they say about your weight but I wouldn't be overly concerned!

You seem to be excercising, that's a good thing. Make sure that you eat good foods and avoid too much junk foods with empty calories. Eating right and getting enough sleep will not only make you feel better but make you feel better about yourself as well.

Many young girls your age are worried about their looks. You don't have to be ulta thin to be pretty or attractive. Try to work on doing well in school, making friends, and obeying your parents rather than worrying too much about how much you weigh. You are only 13 once, so try to enjoy it as much as you can. Before you know it, you will be an adult and have to worry about working for a living and paying bills.

Muscle weighs more then fat and you say you have a lot of muscle. I think your perfectly fine.
maybe but don't blame yourself cause im 13 2 but i weigh 90 but i m the smallest girl in my grade.but you have a bigger brest size than me so that might be your problem.maye ask your mom or other friends.or when you get older you can get a brest reduction,cause they can be a big problem(sore back 5 ponds heaver,ect.)good luch
