Question: this happend during school hours. and did not involve the school it was between families.the pictures were taken over the summer. and we wanted the pictures and the student came up to the parent first. so is it right for the parent to ask for the pictures and peruse it.
the student is not related. the parent is worried about getting in trouble with the school for harssment. the pictures are of the parents daughter in hawaii. the student took pictures of the duahter for the mother. becuase the parent did not have a camera at the time

this can be considered theft of personal property and the law can be brought into this and I am sure the school was just trying to help keep some kid outta jail by acting as a go between.
