Over the counter anti-fungal cream will work too- but you need to get rid of it if it's that widespread.

You can get prescribed a medication that is primarily for women, but you can rub monistat cream on these parts and to keep it from coming back eat lots of yogurt. Yogurt has live active cultures that kill that bacteria inside of you. My BF had it once on his groin and I had a yeast infection on my mouth and nose. (But not from oral sex with him.)

A systemic infection means it is everywhere, this would include internal organs. For a topical yeast infection you would need an anti-fungal cream, such as miconazole (OTC), or nystatin (prescription).
