Has anyone used xenadrine to lose weight?!

Question: I have just started using this supplement and will not skip my afternoon meal. Want feedback if this will work or should I not eat at lunch.

I'm 5-11 and 190lbs. want to losse 5-10 pounds.
Answers:
It'll probably work for you since you have a small amount to lose, but personally, it makes me sick and jittery and nervous. It also gives you dry mouth so drink a lot of water. Add exercise in at a regular basis and I'm sure you can lose thos 5 to 10 lbs. Honestly, if you just watch what you eat, kick out the sugary drinks (soda, ice tea etc) and exercise you can probably lose that amount without the pills.

Try working out. Supplements do not work. They are a scam and are even sometimes very harmful.
I've used it and I think it is crap. It started to make feel real sick, like I wasn't getting enough nutrients. This would've been fine with me if I actually lost any weight. My advice, don't waste your money.

Don't use the pills or skip meals; both are terribly unhealthy ways to lose weight. Have three moderate meals a day (400 calories each) with two snacks per day (150-200 cals each). Work out for 30 minutes at least three days per week.
Didn't like it, made me jittery and crazy. Try cutting back on pop (or soda) because that's just calories and eating a little less, not a whole lot, just some snacks and smaller portions at meals. If you are active, you'll lose it pretty quickly, if you're not active, get active.
I used it a few years ago and lost about 30 lbs. fast, but I also suffered from depression afterwards. My dr. told me it was due to the drugs effects on my chemicals. If you notice any effects on your mood or ability to concentrate after using it for a week or two stop using it immediately. I stopped using it and my depression got better, but I eventually gained all the weight back. So its a catch 22.
