Suicide prevention: websites, useful info, quotes (to be contd.)?!
Question: Hi :-) ! Just thought this was an idea to help people. and you can gain points :-) ! Am feeling chronically suicidal (due to BPD or other way round LOL) but not always acute. These sites have helped me and might help someone else as well. would be very nice if some or other references were added.
Not to be forgotten though that it is best to go and seek help from a mental health professional if you feel at risk. If you don't dare to or if something else hinders you, this might help you out. but please get help as soon as possible!
