How can I lose weight on my legs- I already run but I can't seem to lose it!?!

Question: I am a female runner- my normal 5k time is around 19:00- 19:20. I've been running for years, but I can't seem to get rid of this stubborn weight on my legs. Is there any way I can target this and lose some of it? Thanks!
Answers:
Honestly, its better you consult a specialist to find out what's best for you. I really want to help but I don't think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.

good luck

It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Running will put weight ON your legs (via muscles). You can't "spot lose" fat, I am afraid.
If the weight is muscle there isnt much you can do about it but if its fat then just stand straight up and do toe raises. That is where u just stand on your tippy toes over and over again but that will only build more muscle so dont do this if the problem is muscle.
