Is the vinegar really melt fat?!

I've heard that it does..my sister always used to preach it so i thought i'd try it..and then i read it in a magazine somewhere..i think it's something to do with the acidity but i don't think it melts it all...just lowers it..

Do you mean, does vinegar really melt fat? No it does not. IF you drink it, of course it will taste awful, but you will run to the can. Also if you drink enough, mosquito's won't bite you. But just cut down on what you eat and eat more fruit and veggies and a sensible dinner, and no bread during the day, and you will lose weight. Also stay away from soda and tea. Tea and soda hold fat in.
I think so. My older sis used to do a diet where you mix in one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with half a liter of water or so, supposedly it worked.
Well try to make a french dressing in a bowl (3 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of vinegar) and see for yourself! What burns fat is exercise and when your body needs to maintain its temperature nothing else!
