Which type of an exercise helps me to reduce my hip size?!


Question: I am not a overweight person. I just have a shape problem. So I want a little bit small hips for a better shape.

I find walking up hills at a steady pace is good .
Try slight hills first if you dont like them and once you get good at these then go for steeper ones but do it regulary.

you cant really get rid of your hips.their bone. as you mature, a woman's hip bones slowely spread after a period of time. you cant really help the size of your hips. i couldnt tell you how many times ive wanted smaller hips but embrace it, guys like a girl with curves anyways. the best thing i can think of is to get a six pack but its really really difficult to do that. it might make you look flatter which might make your hips look smaller. hope i helped!
