I've been trying to lose weight and the best way I have found is with Weight Watchers. You can eat and eat what you want. It's simple and it also promotes a more healthy style of eating. I have found also that the weight stays off. Another good way to lose the wieght is walk.walk walk walk!
You would be surprised how much you will drop. And drink water.sip it all through the day.you'll melt away in no time!

4. Practice some sitting Yoga postures which you can do while reading a book or just after taking food. They burn lot of calories.

5. Drink lot of water, Gallon a day would be ideal.. dont take any other liquids, like softdrinks, engergy drinks etc.. they all have loads of sugar which directly gets converted into fat..

6. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, know which ones have good amount fiber in'em. when you make salads, make sure you are not adding anything that is processed .. like ranch, mayo.. you can add honey instead.. its tasty and very very healthy

7. Occassional fasting helps burn the fat in the body. When you want to fast, dont have anything for the period of time except water.

8. You might want to go to gym and burn some extra calories while being concious of above things.
