the human brain needs salt to function correctly , but with modern food in stores have enough salt in it already that if your looking to toss your salt shaker away .GO FOR IT . if you shake not another gran of salt on your food it wont hurt you a bit
to young children especially so and too adults that is why we have a recommended daily salt intake.its not good for ur blood i believe
No! The body needs some salt but we tend to overdo it! Too much salt is not a poison, it will leave the body in time however, too much will cause your body to puff up and your blood pressure to become too high, etc.. Mostly this happens when we get older, past our 30,s 40,s etc. Some doctors even recommends NO SALT AT ALL, because we really get enough in our processed foods. Unfortunately I love a lot of salt! I put it on everything! I guess I'll wait till a doctor says: STOP EATING IT OR YOU"LL DIE! Then I'll quit!
its not a poison unless taken in large amounts as it does damage the body , salt dries things out so i would assume it damages blood or tissues i think. if salt is taken in moderation it keeps us healthy and our bodies working properly , although some people cannot have salt at all due to certain causes (as for someone in my family it was due to anemia , lack of red blood cells , which is where my blood assumption comes from) and children too since they have less blood than an adult.
