Question: My niece has developed both acne and scars and it is very depressing mentally and physically for her. I didn't want her to be put on medication because they have side affects to them, so I was wondering does anybody have any advice on this situation I would really appreciate it.

A pharmacist told me Vitamin E is the best vitamin intake for skin and hair. While it won't take away scars and acne, it does wonders for the skin and hair.
