What is the best way to motivate yourself to exercise?!

For me, personally I've been on the bad end of roller coaster dieting for years now. I've managed to lose 10 and 15 pounds here and there, only to gain it back because of some stressful event in life. Most recently it was my back injury, so I know as soon as I'm fully able to start working out again I'm going to do it. Because I want to be healthy, and I know what I look like when I'm thinner. And wow, do I miss it. LOL So I think a good motivation tool is to have a picture of you from when you were at your best looking, and keep it around to say "Hey I can look like that again, or better!"
