Yes, I do look at the tag. Although, it's proven to be a bad move. I was at Winners and bought a sweater I liked for $30.00 and it was a really good brand name. I was at Wal Mart about 8 months later and be dog-gonned that the same, and I mean identical, sweater was $18.00 with the Penman's tag on it. Really ticked me off.
I bought a pair of black leather shoes, $137.00 plus tax. I do not lie - in less than 30 days, the identical shoes were at a discount store for $29.99, my size, the same colour, the same brand name.
