Yes of course. Even while under hypnosis you will not say or do anything you judge to be immoral. All hypnosis is is concentrating extremely hard on something then you go pretty much unconscious and you wake up and know more about your true self.

It can only be induced under free will.
I know you see people on TV doing it every now and then, but unless you want to be hynotised, it cannot be done. Additionally, you cannot be forced to do anything you don't want to do. I have seen it done in my own living room to people I know by my friend Andy.
It can also be used as a very effective form of therapy.
I cannot say whether this can be affected by chemicals or comment on hypno-regression.
if it is done with a licenced psychologist that has been certified in hypnotherapy, then it should be safe. you won't do anything under hypnosis that you wouldn't do when totally awake. hypnosis is a state of hyperfocus, you're not in a "dream" state.
