Right Weight?!


Question: Im 17 and im 5'8 and i weight around 150 lbs. is this good for my age? am i too skinny? i work out and eat a lot but i just gain muscle and not weight. what should i do?

Your weight is fine, there is nothing wrong with it. It seems quite healthy to me. Weight is just a number, who cares. If you are gaining muscle than what are you worrying about. Your weight isn't written on your shirt, and know that a lot of heavy people wish they could weigh as much as you. Love yourself, because God does.

YOU SHOULD GO TO YOUR DOCTOR AND TELL HIM WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS AND MAYBE HE COULD GIVE YOU VITAMINS OR SOMETHING.
