another question about skipped heartbeats?!

Question: hi, if someone gets skipped heartbeats without any symptoms like chest pain or tightness etc or other obvious heart related symptoms, is that a probability it is not heart disease or artery clogged related? thanks.

I have heart disease and my heart used to beat really fast, almost like I had a double heart beat (it's called a "flutter"). I would ask your doctor about it and see if they can send you to a heart specialist. Heart disease can be a major problem if it's not treated right away.

You might have arrythmia or tachycardia or it could be a panic attack, those aren't any fun either. I would talk to your doctor. He would know for sure.

Get an echocardiogram and an EKG, to rule out anything major. You may just have Mitral Valve Prolapse.
