I HATE this it happens to me during the winter and it's gross looking. Go to a health food store and buy shea butter. In it's natural form shea butter is gritty so you have it melt it in the microwave and stir occasionally as it hardens. Let it sit overnight and in the morning stir it up (it will be a bit hard so you have to work with it a bit). If there's no place to buy Shea butter near where you live you can get it from www.nowfoods.com (that's where I get mine).

Vaseline at night.
