a cheap one. there aint that much to pulling a tooth. although some [most ] dentists will make a big production out of it.

A general dentist may pull the tooth for $100 or less, but if you want to save money by not going to two dentists, you must find one that makes crowns, does implants, creates bridges - if the tooth shows, you will want a crown or implant no one will be able to detect.

You should see your general dentist. He/she will make
the recommendations on your treatment. You may be able to save it with root canal and crown. If not, extraction will be the next course of treatment. Extractions can be done with either oral surgeon or the general dentist. Most experienced dentist can do almost all extractions. Oral surgeons will charge you 50-100% more than a general dentist. Or you can go to a dental school for the cheapest cost. Some students may even do it for free to fulfill their minimum requirement. Good luck.
