my vote is for uncircumcized. You are more sensitive, just practice good hygiene, circumcision will NOT change the size of your penis! Yes most american men are circumcized, but we are the only country that makes this a 'normal' practice.Hope this helps. My husband is 'uncut' and I wouldn't change it for the world!
