have bad pain in leg when i walk?!


Question: Hi, I have been walking for 1 month as a part of my exercise and dieting.The thing is that i have is so much pain in my calf muscles and leg..I walk for about an hr everyday.It was very good for the fst 3 weeks but started getting bad pain once i walk.this makes me to sit for sometime and then i continue walking but again the pain comes back once in 10 mins.I just dont know what to do.can anyone pls help me.i dont know if the problem is with the shoes that i wear or something else.the one that i use is a reebok-running or for tennis ( i dont remember exactly).Also i do this 3 times a week.hope someone will have an answer for my problem.thank u.

Are you doing any stretches? Stretch only to comfort, not pain.
Face a wall. Put your hands on the wall. Bend your right knee,keeping that foot flat on the floor, and stretch your left leg backwards, also keeping foot flat on the floor. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat on other side.
Sit on the floor. Spread your legs out in a V. Lean over your right leg. Hold for 20 .Lean over your left leg. Hold for 20. Lean to middle. Hold for 20.

Better see an orthopedist. Could be a spinal problem or leg problem.or anything in between.
Sounds like you may just be bad out of shape, give it a little time to go away, if not see doctor.
