I find coming home to my dog every day makes me less stressful. I walk him as soon as I get home and by the time I get back I find I'm less tense and more able to relax. Brilliant company too.
There are many reasons that cause stress in work, you must find it yourself about you. some times it is due to much work, or hard work.if this is, try to decrease it and have a vacancy, and see the work as fun. Some times ethical problems cause working stress, that's source can be of yourself or your colleagues, in this case you must solve it with good relation, even if they are bad. if problem is really serious i recommend you change your work.
