I don't believe in getting perfect results on Staten Island. Why won't you go across the bridge, and then another? Paying $100 less is not worth having worse results than you'd have if you went to a Park Ave doctor.
I have silicone in my lips, some people say they're too big, but majority compliments on their fullness and softness. People say I look like Angelina Jolie because of my lips. I had them injected 5 years ago- I didn't lose any valume since then. But I couldn't recommend you silicone- you will have hell of a time finding a doctor willing to put silicone in your lips without shelling around it. Supposedly it isn't even legal, but everything has it's price, you know what I mean?
I would recommend going to a great Park Ave doc, even if you have to wait 5 months for an appointment (Dr. Dan Baker for example) and take their advice what's the best lip injection. Trust me- I had tons of plastic surgeries and I learned my lesson the hard way. In the beginning I was looking for bargains, going to not well known doctors who offered the cheapest price.It costed me triple as much to fix what they messed up. Plastic surgery, even lip injection is a drastic, invasive procedure that you don't wanna regret if it goes wrong. So save up some more money and go for the best doctor and his advice.

I would recommend Restylane as opposed to Collagen or a permanent filler like Aquamid. Restylane will probably last 6 - 12 months. I would look up the Restylane website and find out who does it near you.
