I smell garlic on my body. What causes that? I do not eat garlic or season my fo!

Question: I can smell garlic on my palm, in my nose or like it is in the air. I am a 24 year old female, have had three pregnancies, two live births and one miscarriage of twins. I am healthy and active in caring for my two little girls. I do smoke, drink only occassionly.
