What do you do when you go to the gym?!


Question: BE SPECIFIC. What machines do you do. Also the order in which you do them. What do you reccomend.
Answers:
First, I meet with my personal trainer and discuss my diet options and what fats I can cut back on. Then, I do four sets of twenty crunchs to tone my stomach and then I work out with an exercise ball for half an hour. After that, I like to run for the remaing part of my hour and a half at the gym. Somedays though, I just lift weights to tone my arms and do yoga to help me unwind.

I do cardio at the gym. Mostly treadmill and elliptical machines. Sometimes I bike, for a change, or swim.
I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes/ 3 miles. Do sit-ups for 10 minutes, work on my arms for 15, work on my legs for 15, run half a mile, then hit the sauna for 10.
I recomend the stair climber, the machine in which you are actually climbing stairs. It gets your heart rate up in no time.
Elliptical Machine is the best workout
