leg lifts to the back: stand with you hands on your hips, feet slightly turned out. Point one toe behind you and lift your leg behind you in a slow controlled motion. Bring it back down to a point and repeat. Do 15 reps per leg for a full set. Try to do 3-5 sets a day, its really easy to do them while watching tv but you really feel the burn if you do them slow.
squats are good, but people commonly overuse their quads rather than giving the booty the attention it needs.

I'm trying tha same thing! Basically eat right and excercise BUT do many lunges and squats. Also try to do lunges sideways and also crossed. Its hard to explain on the computer but cross behind you and then squat.thats what Jessica Simpson did. :) Anyways I hope that helps. It is with me :)
