Would you continue to give blood even though you pass out every time you do?!

Question: I think giving blood is important; however, I'm a fainter. I'm wondering if the people at the blood center would prefer that I not come or if the importance of giving blood outweighs the hassle of my fainting. Any thoughts?
Answers:
Ask your doctor if it will have any side effects or long term issues. Personally, that sounds like fun, I love the head rushes you get after giving blood, I have never fainted though..

Hell No!

heck no!!!
i think you should stop giving blood becuase its effecting you but if you think it is very important then convince other people to give too.
no if you keep doing that
youll kill your self
you gave your blood b4
so that was ok but
theres people loves and needs you alive
so you have 2 take care of your self
Do you faint before or after? Before means you are probably just nervous, but if you do it during or after, you may have low iron. They shouldn't take your blood in that case.
Fainting is your body telling you it is having a bit of difficulty with the loss of volume. The importance doesn't outweight the hassle. I'd stop, if I fainted when donating.
I would encourage you to continue. To prevent fainting, eat and drink well before you give blood. An empty stomach doesn't help! Don't wear clothes that are too warm, so you don't feel sick because it's too hot. Do what you think is best for you!
