I am getting to skinny what shall I do?!


Question: I do not crave the need for food. I often will just not eat much food at all. I just don't ever really feel hungry, the time I start to eat is when I start to feel dizzy or faint. What should I do?

FIRST MAKE YOURSELF EAT..TRY EATING FOODS THAT ARE STARCHY LIKE POTATOES AND FOODS LIKE SPAGHETTI AND REALLY ANY KIND OF PASTA OR RICE IS A STARCH.THAT CAN MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT..ALSO ANYTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT BECAUSE SUGAR TURNS INTO FAT.THEIR ARE ALSO WEIGHT GAINING DRINKS THAT YOU CAN GET AT ANY DRUG STORE OR GNC (GENERAL NUTRITION CENTER).YOUR APPETITE WILL COME BACK EVENTUALLY IF YOU START MAKING YOURSELF EAT..YOUR BODY WILL GET USED TO THE FOOD AND START WANTING IT..IF NOTHING ELSE I SUGGEST GOING TO A DOCTOR AND ASKING HIM OR HER WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE..IF YOUR DEPRESSED OR STRESSED OUT THAT IS ALMOST CERTAINLY THE CAUSE OF YOUR INABILITY TO FEEL HUNGRY.
