In all the junk ads you get, in the end of the mail, there is a link saying unsubscribe from the list. You can click that link and the ads will stop coming.

Yoda634 comment was cruel but anyways you can click on spam in your mailbox after clicking on the email that is what I do when I get unwanted things
mark each one of these Emails as spam but also you should get a good adware remover like Spyware Stormer. Many ads and sites leave cookies that will triger popups and emails. The spyware remover will get these "viruses" off your hard drive and you should see far less of these annoyances
