Why do girls have the need to show as much skin as they can?!
Question: OK. Here is the deal: it is legal for guys to walk without a T-shirt but illegal for a woman to do so. Do guys walk around without their t-shirts all the time? No! OK. Girls can't do that. But why do girls wear those tiny shirts and short skirts and all on hot days? Guys don't "abuse" of their rights in doing so but girls look like they just need to do it. Do girls need those rules so they don't go too far? Makes sense?

Duh, if they didn't get attention from men for their outfits, they'd quit wearing them. Even as liberated as I like to think I am, I enjoy compliments on how I look and will dress to increase those compliments. Its human nature.
Then there are the sluts, too. But that's not the larger portion of women.

This is retarded. Not all girls walk around near naked. Some that do are simply in hot climates, and if you look before you speak, you'll notice they guys in shorts and more often than not Shirtless.
Some girls do that way too much, those are called sluts. I'm sure every culture has them.
It depends on the girl. Some girls do it because they want to turn guys on and think that the shorter the sexier.
Some girls do it because it's hot out and it's nice not to be wearing pants all the time.

It doesn't mean that someone is a tramp just because they dress a certain way. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. You don't have to dress modestly to have self respect. LOL.I see your point somewhat, but I also think that your views may be a little off. First off, girls are going to wear shorts and skirts and tank tops in the summer because it is hot, duh! Although some do need to wear a little more than they are, these are the women that want attention and are probably skanks. Men walk around public without their shirts in the summer because it's hot. Maybe women should be allowed to walk around shirtless if it's oh say, above 90 or so. But this won't happen, because some men can't control themselves. If a woman were to get raped, being shirtless, they would probably say she was "asking for it", but in reality she was just hot. I personally don't see why a woman would want to go shirtless, walking around without a bra hurts!
You are just noticing the nudies. Not all are like that. Skin is a turn on for guys. Not hard to figure out. Just matters to girls if they are either:
1. hot
2. wanting to impress someone---male or female
3. pursuing fashion trends.
4. just being themselves.
There is no hard fast rule about why. Think logically.

I am a woman and I never dressed that way. I took pride in myself and have chosen to be a modest dresser. Yeah, I wear shorts, but not the kind that go all the way up to my KAZOO and I wear modest short sleeve tops that are not tight.
A woman/girl who truly takes pride in themselves and who truly feels good about themselves would not feel the need to overly expose their bodies.
They do it, bring attention onto themselves and get P*ssy because the guys are checking them out and they pretend like they are wondering what it is the guy is looking at when they know darn well what it is they are looking at.
I agree with everything that you are saying. It's crappy. They think that it is the only way they can get attention, but it's never the good kind and they just don't understand where all the good guys are .
I get plenty of attention. By being modest, it is a respectful type of attention. That is how it should be.

Hehe..which would you rather do. Dress up, hoping desperately that by random chance a decent man you might like wanders by and is impressed enough by how you look to approach you (all the time having to beat off with a stick tons of losers who also walk by randomly). Or would you rather have the freedom to pick and choose who you like and go after them, knowing full well that, no matter how inept you may be, eventually you will get what you want.
