your antibody titer depends on the microbe u have been infected with, but normally u should start making antibodies within a few hours of infection, given that u have a healthy immune system.
thats why when u get a shot (some shots) u feel sick almost right after it, because it is meant to trigger an immune response to make u immune to a particular disease.
Or when u get food poisoning, the microbe ilicits an immune response and within hours u r throwing up and going to the bathroom or whatever.
