Cutting the splits every so often and I used Biotin, which I got at GNC. My daughter also told me that pre-natal vitamins work wonders, even if you're not PG.

I've gotten advice to cut off split/dead ends.. It really worked for me, it helps grow and make hair look/feel 100% better!
cutting off split ends will make ur hair look healthier but it will not help it grow. ur hair grows from the scalp and not the ends. if u want ur hair to grow faster try taking calcium tablets or gelatin tablets. follow the directions on the bottle and dont try taking more than the advised dose. also brushing ur hair a lot will help it to grow.
Take Biotin, its a vitamin that helps hair and nails. I use it too.
