What do you do for a toenail injury?!
Question: A black toenail, what do you do?
Answers:
About 80 percent of the black toe problems are best treated by ignoring them. The damaged part of the nail is gradually pushed out, and the foot slowly returns to normal. If at any point you see the redness associated with infection, see a doctor.

If its already turned black then most likely it will fall off eventually. I think you should leave it be, let if fall of and when it does, use neosporin on it and let it air out. your new nail will puch it off.

Eat lots of gelatin so you get new toe nail growth fast.
Let it be by itself. Just apply some ointment like neosporin in it carefully at night, and take care not to hurt it anymore. The new nail would come up , and theres absolutely nothing to worry dear !
