Question: My boyfriend has begun experiencing sweating in his genital/groin area during some nights. It has been getting more severe and seems to be now causing jock itch.

Get some hypoallergenic almay deoderant and tell him to put it in the perinieal area. Also, try wearing boxer shorts or nothing to get the area some air.
