Zinc. After sending my daughter to 3 dermatologists, many medications with no luck i read that people with bad acne usually have a zinc deficiency. I put her on zinc and after 6 weeks her face was almost totally clear. It was amazing. And you can get it over the counter too.

there are lots of cure for acne. the food you eat, the environment you are in. sometimes, genetic may play a role so that if you are prone to acne, you really are. antibiotics can also cure acne.but i think the best cure is prevention.
out of everything that i've tried (and i think i've tried pretty much everything, including proactive), the thing that works the best is just cleaning your face often and then using an acne cream on the problem spots. anything with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid is good, but you should know how your skin reacts to both of these.
The treatment should be started early to avoid scarring.There should not be anaemia and harmonal imbalance. Clean your face 2-3 tiimes a day. with a mild non mediated soap and your scalp with shampoo if is oily at least twice a week. The treatment is with medicnines and with antibiotics if necessary .Vitamin A also should be taken. The treatment differs depending on whether it is comedonal acne, Moderate acne or severe one or that of the women.

There is no cure :( Retin A worked best for my acne. Using a clay mask every other week also made a difference. You can get Retin A from a doctor and you can get clay mask powder at healthfood stores.
