What could I do to make the gym more enjoyable? I hate going!?!

Going to the Gym has never really been to much fun and infact i was able to lose 150 lbs and i never had to go to the gym lol. but if u have to go then u should go with a friend this way u have more motivation and someone to cheer u on. a treat might also be nice for u. Take something that u LOVE either food, or shopping or a nice book or a warm bubble bath or even a treat to the movies and tell urself "Okay Today im gonna go to the gym then afterwards i have ________ to look forward too." make ur mind think that after the pains of the gym u get to do this fun activity or u get to taste this wonderful food that u love so much. and make it a treat for ur body. if the food that u love is so yummy but soooo not good for u then learn how to make it and make it at home using substitutes like splenda for sugar and use a nice protein powder to blend in with it. BUT make sure u dont have any of it until u GO TO THE GYM lol. The most important thing for me has always been protein! The more protein a body gets the more fat we can burn. Try a High protein low carb diet. It all is based upon what u like to eat. in the morning i'll have 2 egg whites scrambled with cheese and either dome sausage or a yogurt. then i have a snack a few hrs later of some nuts or cottage cheese then for lunch have 1/2 of a sandwich and a salad then another snack a few hrs later then at dinner have grilled salon or chicken breast, with a baked sweet potatoe and a steamed veggie and some cottage cheese. yogurt and cottage cheese helps u burn fat, and by having a little before bed it brings up ur serotonin levels in ur body which helps us to burn fat while we sleep. the more ur body knows its gonna get food the less it will store so keep in mind, that yes celery is low in calories but u live off of that and try to function ur body is gonna go into starvation mode and store every bit of fat ur body takes in. so its better to have a few more calories but if its hight in protein and low in carbs ur weight will fall off and thats with and without exercising. 6 small meals a day is very good for ur body and a hell of a lot better then starving ur body otherwise that 20lbs will be put right back on real fast. and who knows. it could be 30 lbs u gain!
