yes. good mental health is essential and ultimately in the best interests of employers who pay for this insurance. In 2002, US employers lost 44 billion dollars worth of productive time due to depression, (Stewart et al, 2003, JAMA) and it is the leading cause of years of healthy life lost - more than heart disease and chronic obstructive heart disease put together (World Health Organization).
