A normal heart beat takes about .8 of a second. That is with a normal heart rate. So there are 24 hours, which is 1440 minutes, which is 86400 seconds. 86400 seconds divided by .8 equals 108000. Sorry if my math is wrong, but the .8 of a second is correct!
