Hey girls.okay the hair on my arms is really dark..and i hate it cuz i feel uncomfortable wearing t-shirts or tank tops.where can i go to get it permanently and safely bleached??

There is no permanent bleaching. As the hair falls out or grows, just like on top of your head, it will show its true color.
I suggest waxing. In time, the hair will soften and eventually fade.

Does it look bad in the summer when your skin is more tan?
I dont think its that big of deal. Some do. You cant permantly bleach, it will grow out.

Well, there isnt any way to do that, but seriously I wouldnt even worry about that hair cause I have a lot of hair too and its dark but I dont worry about it cause I;m comfortable with it even when people make fun of it!
